FAQs

Quick answers on audit, tax consultancy, and working with MAF Hasnain.

Tax consultancy

Tax consultancy includes planning, return preparation, withholding reviews, and advice when a transaction or rule change affects your tax position in Pakistan.

Yes. We advise companies, associations of persons, and individuals. The scope is agreed up front so company tax work and personal filings stay separate and clear.

Start before the year closes, not after the return is due. Early tax planning leaves room to time income, document deductions, and avoid last-minute filings.

Audit and assurance

A financial audit examines the accounts and underlying records, tests the higher-risk areas, and ends with an independent report. You also receive the points management should fix.

Yes. NPO audit work covers the financial statements and, where the donor requires it, reporting on how restricted funds were used.

Timing depends on the size of the records and how ready the books are. A complete trial balance and reconciliations shorten the audit. We agree a timetable at kickoff.

Accounting and bookkeeping

Bookkeeping records transactions through the year. Annual accounts summarise that year into financial statements. Most clients need both, and a later audit is easier when the books are current.

Yes. Regular bookkeeping plus process automation, including the ERPA work we already run for clients, removes repeat posting and shortens month-end.

We work with non-profits, SMEs, large entities, public and private companies, and associations of persons that need audit, tax, or accounting under one roof.
